• pass on your details to others
• contact you other than in relation to your enquiry
• collect information except to process your enquiry or order 
• collect sensitive information about you without your consent

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. 

All information is held securely and any information that is passed to us as a referral is checked with the Telephone Preference Service prior to contact to ensure that, unless otherwise known, we do not contact customers that have registered with the TPS as a way of preventing unsolicited telephone calls.
